Adapted from the University of Minnesota’s Extension Program, learn how two northwest rural counties implemented a full-sensory, gardening themed social program for people living with dementia and their care partners in 2023. The Wisconsin Dementia Resource Network (WDRN) is a collaboration of statewide partners convened by the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute to discover and share innovative ideas, resources and information to help support individuals living with dementia and their families.
