Biography
Gail Morgan is the Senior Outreach Specialist with the WAI Regional Milwaukee Office and joined the team in June 2018. She works with the WAI team and community partners to provide relevant education programs and services to underserved and minority populations. Gail received her BA in Professional Communication from Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI.
