WRAP celebrates 25 years with collaboration event

Graphic with event date Nov. 5 2026

In 2001, the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention (WRAP) hosted its very first study visit. Since then, the study has grown significantly to one of the world’s largest and longest-running studies of Alzheimer’s disease.

On November 5, 2026, the WRAP team is celebrating the anniversary with a special gathering of researchers who have worked with the team’s data over the past decades. The WRAP+ Collaborator Conference is a opportunity for researchers to meet – virtually or in person – and hear updates, talks about the future strategies, and share input on the next 25 years.

WRAP invites researchers who have requested or used WRAP data in their work to register for the event. In person registration is requested by October 16, 2026. If you are interested in attending, visit the study’s event webpage on the WRAP website and fill out the interest form.

Congratulations to the entire WRAP team and an enormous thank you to the dedicated WRAP participants who have contributed to the research’s success.
