The Alzheimer’s Association Wisconsin Chapter recognized Gail Morgan, Senior Outreach Specialist at Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute Regional Milwaukee Office, as a leader in dementia outreach.

Morgan works extensively to provide support and access to resources to people with dementia and their caregivers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, family caregivers and their loved ones may feel more isolated. Morgan works to help stay in touch with them and provide access to help and services they need.
“We try to stay connected to the community as much as we can,” she said in the Alzheimer’s Association article. “There is often a stigma associated with dementia and if we can talk with people, we start to overcome that.” Read the profile about Morgan on the Alzheimer’s Association website here.
Congratulations Gail on this well-deserved recognition! We appreciate her dedication to improving the lives of people in our community.
