Join us for the first in our spring series of 2026 Breaking the Silence Community workshops. The theme of both workshops is “Know Your Numbers.” Guest speaker Julia Means, RN, from Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, will present a discussion about understanding common health metrics and how to relate these numbers to your daily life. Events are held at 10:30 a.m. and include a keynote talk followed by a Q&A.
