June 18, 2021 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

The UW Center for Community Engagement and Health Partnerships in Milwaukee is BACK with “Addressing Systemic Racism: One Year Later, Where Are We Now?”

We bring back the powerhouse researchers from our first webinar on Juneteenth 2020. They compare the status of our country last year to now, discuss what, if any, changes have transpired; and empower individuals and organizations to advocate for racial equity and develop call-to-action policies aimed at dismantling racism.
The discussion will feature:
Patricia McManus, Ph.D., RN, Co-Founder and President/CEO of the Black Health Coalition of Wisconsin, Inc.
Sheri Johnson, Ph.D., Director, UW Madison Population Health Institute
Beverly Hutcherson, M.S., Administrative Director, The Ladder, UW School of Medicine and Public Health
