Role at the WAI
Diane conducts neuropsychological testing of Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer’s Prevention study participants. She also edits WAI publications.

Diane recruited and interviewed subjects for the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin (SHOW), a longitudinal study part of Population Health Sciences at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. As a SHOW research specialist, Diane administered structured interviews, cognitive testing, and physical measurements of subjects, and traveled throughout Wisconsin to meet survey participants in their homes. As a field team leader for Assessing the Nutrition Environment of Wisconsin Communities, Diane conducted intercept surveys for a pre- and post-intervention look at restaurants, grocery stores, and consumer behavior for this nutrition education and outreach campaign. Prior to her UW employment, Diane worked as a printing industry project manager and newspaper reporter.
