Memory Clinics, also called Dementia Diagnostic Clinics, are located throughout Wisconsin and the Michigan Upper Peninsula and staffed by professionals trained in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and Alzheimer’s. This WAI-affiliated network provides service and education beyond the boundaries of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is able to directly and locally influence the health of individuals and families.
The Clinics network was developed over a decade of grassroots outreach and collaboration. It is now a resource for the WAI, the State and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. It also is a national model for services, education and research. [Read more]
